Section 15
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Chief
: (1) The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Chief shall be as follows:
(A) To implement the decisions and instructions of the committee.
(b) To prepare and implement long-term and short-term plans, annual programs and budgets of the Board (c) To implement the plans and programs approved by the committee.
(d) To appoint the necessary staff to the Board as prescribed.
(e) Convening the meeting of the committee as per the order of the Chairman.
(f) To act accountable to the committee.
(g) As the administrative head of the board, to do other necessary tasks to achieve the objectives of the board.
(2) Other than what is written in sub-section (1), the other duties, duties and powers of the executive head shall be as prescribed.
